摘要
为摸清青海省玉树州囊谦县牦牛寄生虫感染现状,采用寄生虫学完全剖检法,对囊谦县11头牦牛进行寄生虫区系调查。从调查牦牛共检出寄生虫22种(属),其中线虫16种、吸虫5种、原虫1种。优势虫种为蒙古马歇尔线虫(感染率100%,感染强度20条)、马氏马歇尔线虫(感染率100%,感染强度13条)、普通奥斯特线虫(感染率100%,感染强度14条)、叶氏夏伯特线虫(感染率73%,感染强度3条)、羊夏伯特线虫(感染率91%,感染强度4条)、兰氏毛首线虫(感染率55%,感染强度1条)、心肌住肉孢子虫(感染率73%,感染强度6条)。调查结果显示囊谦县牦牛寄生虫感染多种内寄生虫,感染率高,对以后的寄生虫防治提供了依据,针对优势虫种采取相应的防控措施。
To understand the status of yak parasite infection Nangqianq Countyun Yushuu Prefecturetu Qinghaighai province,The parasitic fauna of 11 yaks in Nangqên County was investigated by means of complete parasitological dissection.A total of 22 species(genera)of parasites,including 16 species of nematodes,5 species of trematodes and 1 species of protozoa,were detected from yaks.The dominant species were 100%infection rate and 20 infective intensity of M.Mongolicum,100%infection rate and 13 infective intensity of M.Mongolicum,14 infective intensity of M.Aoste,73%infection rate and 3 infective intensity of C.yezoensis,91%infection rate and 4 infective intensity of C.yezoensis,55%infection rate and 1 infective intensity of C.Lamblia,and 73%infection rate and 6 infective intensity of S.The results showed that yak parasites in Nangqên County were infected with many kinds of endoparasites with high infection rate.
