酒糟中毒在猪生产中的危害及防治措施

摘要 酒糟中毒主要由于长期单一饲喂和大量饲喂引起的动物出现酒精中毒现象的一类疾病,当前研究发现酒糟作为酿酒业的副产物有巨大的利用市场,但当前存在一定的问题,如储存成本过高、含水量高不易于长途运输、易酸败变质等问题,若处理不当便饲喂生猪会造成严重的后果,病猪出现生长发育不良、腹泻、代谢机能失调导致死亡,造成严重的经济损失。该文从酒糟中毒发生原因、临床症状、病猪解剖病理变化和预防治疗等措施进行综述,为养猪业工作人员提供参考意见。 Distillers grain poisoning is mainly caused by long-term single feeding and large-scale feeding.The current research has found that distiller's grains as a by-product of the wine industry has a huge market for utilization,but there are certain problems.For example,problems such as high storage cost,high water content and difficulty in long-distance transportation,and easy rancidity and deterioration.Feeding live pigs if handled improperly will cause serious consequences.Sick pigs will experience poor growth and development,diarrhea,and metabolic dysfunction,leading to death,causing serious problems.Economic loss.This article aims to review the causes,clinical symptoms,anatomical and pathological changes of sick pigs,and preventive treatment of distiller's grain poisoning,and provide reference opinions for the staff in the pig industry.
