摘要
大力完善猪肉食品安全监管机制,既要严格管理生猪的生产与销售过程,又要对生猪屠宰环节进行监督。其中屠宰检疫工作的开展成效会对猪肉食品安全产生较大程度的影响。工作人员需要深入掌握生猪屠宰检疫技术,准确把握该项技术的关键点。该文主要论述生猪屠宰检疫技术及加强措施。
Meat is an important food source for modern people,pork accounts for a large proportion.In recent years,pork food safety incidents often occur,seriously affecting the willingness of consumers to buy pork food.In the face of this situation,it is necessary to improve the pork food safety supervision mechanism,not only to strictly manage the production and sales process of live pigs,but also to supervise the slaughter of live pigs.Among them,the effect of slaughter quarantine work will have a greater impact on pork food safety.Therefore,the staff need to grasp the pig slaughtering quarantine technology in-depth,accurately grasp the key control points.
