摘要 为解决X射线工作环境下,临床常用防护服防护不全面、超负重等问题,提出一种新型X射线防护服可支持舱体行走式设计方法。采用由舱体支撑行走器和包裹铅衣两部分实现全方位防护的设计思路,以铅橡胶作为屏蔽材料,真实模拟人体骨骼构架,并根据实际操作动作设计舱体支撑行走器,同时贴合行走器造型及其动态特征设计包裹铅衣,完成产品制作。仿真临床检测试验中,舱体行走式新型X射线防护服的产品质量符合国家标准,且与常规防护服相比,着装者无明显承重感,行走更为灵活、视野更为开阔、实际应用价值更高。 In order to solve the problems of incomplete protection of clinical protective clothing and overweight in the X-ray working environment, a new type of X-ray protective clothing that can support the cabin walking design method is proposed. Adopting the design idea of omni-directional protection by the cabin body supporting the walking device and wrapping the lead clothes, using lead rubber as the shielding material to truly simulate the human skeleton structure, and designing the cabin body supporting the walking device according to the actual operation action, and at the same time fitting the walking The shape of the vessel and its dynamic characteristics are designed to wrap the lead garment to complete the production of the product. In the simulated clinical testing test, the product quality of the new-type X-ray protective clothing for cabin walking conforms to national standards, and compared with conventional protective clothing, the wearer has no obvious sense of load-bearing. It is more flexible to walk, has a wider field of vision, and has practical application value, higher.
