摘要
为了适应多品种小批量产品的包装需求,同时增加散料仓的利用率,将原有的溢流仓改为独立仓位,利用PLC模块化编程的方法,优化操作步骤,实现四料仓的选择性布料,本文的创新点是操作步骤的优化设计和PLC控制系统模块化编程等,实现生产操作的柔性化和布料系统故障的可视化。
In order to adapt to the packaging demand of multi variety and small batch products, and increase the utilization rate of bulk bin,the original overflow bin is changed into an independent bin, and the PLC modular programming method is used to optimize the operation steps and realize the selective distribution of four bins. The innovation of this paper is the optimization design of operation steps and the PLC control system modular programming to realize the flexibility and distribution of production operation Visualization of feeding system fault.
