摘要
针对常规细菌检测系统工作过程,细菌荧光图像的采集和处理流程复杂导致检测全程时间长等问题,设计一种基于红外图像的卫生装备细菌检测系统。根据系统实际情况选择步进电机型号与参数,利用步距角工作特点实现细菌红外图像自动采集;通过标准化实现无量纲化,去除噪声和干扰,利用偏最小二乘算法建立细菌检测模型,通过交叉验证得到模型性能参数变化规律,选择检测模型最佳因子数,完成系统设计。通过系统性能测试表明,设计的系统在保证检测精度的前提下,将检测时间由常规系统所需的48 min缩短到10 min,验证了系统有效性。
In order to solve the problems such as the working process of conventional bacterial detection system and the complexity of the collection and processing process of bacterial fluorescence image, which leads to the long detection time, a bacterial detection system for sanitary equipment based on infrared image was designed. According to the actual situation of the system, the type and parameters of the stepper motor were selected, and the infrared image of bacteria was automatically collected by using the working characteristics of step Angle. Standardization is used to achieve dimensionless, noise and interference are removed, and partial least squares algorithm is used to establish a bacterial detection model. Through cross-validation, the variation rule of model performance parameters is obtained, and the optimal factor number of detection model is selected to complete the system design.The system performance test shows that the designed system can shorten the detection time from 48min required by conventional system to 10min on the premise of ensuring the detection accuracy, which verifies the effectiveness of the system.
