摘要
许多年来细胞生物学家进行了很多有关细胞杂交的实验研究,将具有不同遗传特性的两种动物细胞进行融合,形成一种新的杂交细胞,用来进行特定基因在染色体上的定位、基因表达以及动物细胞其它遗传特性的变化等方面的研究。为了观察免疫球蛋白产生的遗传控制,许多实验室进行了小鼠骨髓瘤细胞与其它细胞系之间相互融合的试验。在这样的研究中,Khletr和Milstein 1975,1976)证明,培养的小鼠骨髓瘤细胞能够同用羊红血球免疫了的动物脾细胞发生融合,从中选择出少量的杂交瘤细胞。
By fusion of NS-1 mouse myeloma cells to the spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice with MFF1 strain of poliovirus type 2-7 hybridoma cell lines secreting monoclonal antibodies against poliovirus type 2 were established in our laboratory. These hybrid cells possess many properties of the two parents: such as the numbers and the morphology of the chromosomes, the ability of producing cancer noduli while being injected into the miee intraperitoneally, and stably producing specific antibodies.
