新冠肺炎疫情下我国社会心理服务体系建设路径探析——以青岛市为例

Path analysis on the construction of social psychological service system in China under the COVID-19 epidemic——taking Qingdao city as an example

由新冠肺炎疫情引发的公共卫生危机,直接或间接地造成了我国社会民众的普遍性焦虑、压力、抑郁等心理亚健康现象,为我国社会治理带来了潜在的不稳定因素。虽然我国社会心理服务体系在政策扶持、工作机制、心理援助、基层设施建设、团队建设等方面有所建树,但是尚存在法律法规与管理体制不健全、服务发展不平衡、信息网络建设与推广机制不到位、队伍建设不专业、干预方式过于传统等问题。因此应运用创新性思维,通过完善社会心理服务的法律体系和信息网络建设、规范社会心理服务体系的管理机制、构建社会心理服务的多元平衡发展模式,以及丰富专业团队的构成、发展跨学科心理干预方法等路径,加强我国社会心理服务体系建设,提升我国社会民众的心理健康水平,共创和谐美好社会。

The public health crisis caused by COVID-19 has directly or indirectly caused the common mental sub-health phenomenon of Chinese social public,such as anxiety,stress and depression,and has also brought potential instability factors to China’s social governance.Although China’s social psychological service system has made some achievements in policy support,working mechanism,psychological aid,grassroots facilities construction and team building,etc.,there are still many problems,such as incomplete laws and regulations and management system,unbalanced service development,inadequate information network construction and promotion mechanism,unprofessional team construction,and too traditional intervention mode.Therefore,we should use innovative thinking to strength the construction of China’s social psychologicl service system,promote the mental health level of Chinese social public,and create a harmonious and beautiful society,by the ways of perfecting the legal system of social psychological service and information network construction,standardizing the management mechanism of social psychological service system,constructing the diversified and balanced development model of social psychological service,and enriching the composition of professional team and developing the interdisciplinary psychological intervention methods.
