高校辅导员是高校落实立德树人根本任务的中坚力量,其师德师风素养对大学生的成长至关重要。新时代,国家要求加强高校的师德师风建设,因此,面对当前部分辅导员存在师德师风失范现象,高校师德师风考核评价监督机制不健全,师德环境欠佳等高校师德建设失效化的困境,有必要积极响应建设高质量教师队伍的时代号召,将教育与管理、正面宣传与警示教育、全过程推进与分类开展、师德养成与师能提升等有机结合,与时偕行探索新时代高校辅导员师德师风建设困境的破解之道。

College counselors are the backbone of implementation the fundamental task of moral cultivation in college and university,and their moral quality is very important to the growth of college students.In the new era,the state requires to strengthen the construction of teachers’ethics in college and universities.Therefore,it is necessary to actively respond to the call of the times to build a high-quality teaching team in the face of the difficulties of the failure of teacher ethics construction in college and university,such as the anomy of teacher ethics in some counselors,the imperfect evaluation and supervision mechanism of teacher ethics in college and university,and the poor teacher ethics environment,to organically combine education and management,positive publicity and warning education,the whole process of promotion and classification,the cultivation of teachers’ethics and the promotion of teachers,so as to explore the solution to the dilemma of the construction of college counselors’ethics in the new era.
