研究证实,通过冠状动脉造影有创操作下获得的血流储备分数是评价心肌缺血的金标准并被写入多个指南。CT-FFR是一站式评估冠状动脉病变解剖学特征及血流动力学参数的无创检查手段,既保留血流储备分数的准确性,又改善了有创操作所带来的不便和风险,具有一定临床应用前景。本文旨在荟萃分析CT-FFR相关的临床研究数据,概述该技术在冠心病诊疗临床应用方面的最新进展。

A large number of studies have confirmed that fractional flow reserve obtained by invasive coronary angiography is the gold standard for evaluating myocardial ischemia,which has been written into several guidelines.Coronary artery CT-derived fractional flow reserve is a non-invasive method for one-stop evaluation of the anatomical features and hemodynamic parameters of coronary artery lesions.The method not only retains the advantage of high accuracy of FFR in the evaluation of ischemia,but also improves the inconvenience and risk caused by invasive operation.Therefore,it has wide application prospects in clinical pracitice.We aim to review the clinical data related to CT-FFR and summarize the latest progress in clinical application of CT-FFR in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.
