基于IPA模型的文创产业质量评价——以福州三坊七巷为例

Evaluation of Cultural Creative Industry Quality Based on IPA Model:A Case Study of “Three Alleys and Seven Lanes” Cultural Creative Industrial Park in Fuzhou

IPA评价模型在文创产业现状质量评价中应用广泛,具有针对性,能够有效分析文创产业发展现状,总结相应的问题,制定相应的发展对策。以福州三坊七巷文创产业园区为例,应用IPA评价模型对该地区文创产业建设现状进行质量评价,发现游客对三坊七巷文创园区发展质量存在一定的满意度差距。由此提出三点优化建议:进一步整合非物质与物质文化资源、提升品牌知名度、老字号回归“新文创”。

IPA evaluation model is widely used in the quality evaluation of cultural creative industry, which can effectively analyze the current situation of cultural creative industry, summarize the corresponding problems and formulate corresponding development countermeasures. Taking “Three Alleys and Seven Lanes” Cultural Creative Industrial Park in Fuzhou as an example, the author used IPA model to evaluate the current quality of cultural creative industry construction in the region. The results show that there is a certain degree of satisfaction gap between tourists and the development quality of the park. Accordingly, the author put forward that it is needed to further integrate intangible and material cultural resources, enhance brand awareness, and revitalize the old brands.
