摘要
安全分级方法是重要的核电厂总体设计准则,按照其所确定的构筑物、系统和部件(SSC)安全等级是物项设计、采购、制造、建造和运维的主要依据。基于ANS51.1-1983中的安全分级方法由ANS58.14-2011所替代这一背景,CAP非能动核电厂(以CAP1400为例)开展了ANS58.14分级工作。分级结果表明现有CAP1400设计符合ANS58.14-2011要求。同时本文分析探讨了ANS58.14与ANS51.1、IAEASSG30等安全分级方法的主要差异,为我国核电厂物项安全分级导则及标准制定提供参考和建议。
The safety classification methodology is important general design criteria of nuclear power plant(NPP), and the safety class of systems, structures, and components(SSC) is vital basis for item design, procurement, manufacturing, construction, operation and maintenance.Based on the background that the safety classification method in ANS51.1-1983 was replaced by ANS58.14-2011, CAP passive NPP, taking CAP1400 as an example, was carried out reclassification according to ANS58.14-2011. The result shows that the existing design of CAP1400 can conform to ANS58.14-2011 requirements. Besides, the main differences between ANS58.14 and ANS51.1, and IAEA SSG30 are analyzed and discussed, which provide references and suggestions for the formulation of the NPP safety classification regulations and standards in China.
