摘要
滨海核电厂正常运行抽取海水作为循环冷却水,冷却水的强劲水流夹带体型较小的海洋浮游生物及鱼卵、仔稚鱼等透过过滤设施进入冷凝器冷却系统的现象称为卷载效应。卷载效应所造成的海洋生物损失量目前按照《建设项目对海洋生物资源影响评价技术规程》(SC/T9110)中所提及算法进行评估。本文基于核电厂运行的基本规律,考虑停堆换料的非运行期与被卷载海洋生物的季节分布,提出了取水卷载的海洋生物损失量的优化算法。并通过对具体厂址的试算与原算法对比,确认了该方法能够更加全面、客观地分析基于取水卷载的海洋生物损失量。
In normal operation of coastal nuclear power plant, seawater is extracted as the circulating cooling water. The phenomenon that the strong flow of cooling water entrains small marine plankton, fish eggs, larvae and juveniles into the condenser cooling system through filtration facilities is called the entrainment effect. At present, the loss of marine life caused by the entrapment effect is evaluated according to the algorithm mentioned in the technical specification for the impact assessment of construction projects on marine living resources(SCT9110). Based on the basic rules of nuclear power plant operation, considering the non-operation period of shutdown and refueling and the seasonal distribution of the marine plankton, an optimization algorithm for the loss of the marine plankton in water intake is proposed. By comparing with the original algorithm, it is confirmed that this method can more comprehensively and objectively analyze the marine life loss based on the water intake volume.
