摘要 一、前言 激光照射能否诱发遗传物质的变异,国内外尚无定论,须要进一步研究。1969年S.Fine等用红宝石激光照射多种植物,认为没有诱变效应,而1976年C.Zorn等报道激光UV段的微束照射,确能引起染色质畸变。M.W.Bern等(1976)也报道激光照射活细胞染色体,发现有双光子效应。在国内,中山大学遗传组(1976)、安徽农学院徐厚镕(1982)的报道与毛炎麟(1978)、蒋同庆(1980)的结果也互相矛盾。 There are controversies over the genetic effect of laser radiation,therefore this question need furthur discussion.We radiated the tibia of mouse in vivo by Nd glass laser with three different doses (90,80,70 J/cm2),24h after the radiation the mouse were killed and the test of micronucleus and chromosomal aberrations were counted.In addition,we extracted the chromatin from rat liver.The chromatic solution were radiated by Nd glass laser (90,80,70 J/cm2) and gamma ray (100,500,1000,3000 Rad) respectively.Then these chromatins were put on a slab clectrophoresis (18×14×0.3 cm) on 2.5% polyacryamide,0.5% agarose gel.There is no correlation between the micronucleus or.chromosomal aberration and the dose of laser.In electrophoresis,there is not much difference in the mobility of chromatins radiated by Nd glass laser with different doses of 90,80,70 J/cm2 respectively.However,there is an obvious difference in clectro-phoretic mobility of chromatins radiated by gamma ray with different doses (100,500,1000,3000 Rad).According to the tests of micronucleus and chromosomal aberrations in vivo and the contrast electrophoresis of chromatin radiated by laser and gamma ray in vitro,we consider the radiation of Nd glass laser or the red-infrared laser light may not induce damage in chromosomes.Probably,it has a little genetic effect on DNA in vivo.
