摘要
为解决浸入式水口渣线耐火材料严重侵蚀问题,探究了无脉冲电场、负脉冲电场、正脉冲电场对水口渣线耐火材料侵蚀行为的影响,讨论了其抗渣侵蚀机制。结果表明:当对渣线耐火材料施加负脉冲电场时,在其表面可以形成一层黏性保护层,该保护层的存在可有效抑制渣线耐火材料表面的脱碳,并防止渣线耐火材料与保护渣的进一步接触与反应,最终有效地阻止了保护渣对渣线耐火材料的侵蚀。
To relieve the serious corrosion of slag line refractories for submerged entry nozzles,the effect of electric fields(non-pulsed,positive pulsed,and negative pulsed)on the corrosion of slag line refractories for submerged entry nozzles was studied.Meanwhile the corrosion resisting mechanism was also discussed.The results show that an adhesive protective layer forms on the surface of the slag line refractories when a negative pulsed electric field is applied.The layer can effectively inhibit the decarburization and prevent the further contact between refractories and protective slag,which effectively hinders the corrosion of protective slag to the slag line refractories.
