摘要
针对传统大断面切巷贯通施工到位后,需进行人工扩帮施工,不仅劳动作业强度大、施工周期长、工序繁琐,而且扩帮段顶板支护难度大、成本费用高,很容易出现顶板垮落、煤壁片帮事故,不利于后期工作面快速安装,对此,长春兴煤矿通过技术研究,决定对307工作面切巷施工进行合理优化,采用刷安一体及无锚支护技术,通过实际应用效果来看,采用该技术后实现了扩帮与支架安装同步施工,减少了支护成本费用达49.6万元,缩短切巷施工以及支架安装时间达13d,取得了显著应用成效。
After the traditional large section roadway cutting through construction is in place,it is necessary to carry out manual wall expansion construction,which not only has high labor intensity,long construction cycle and cumbersome procedures,but also has great difficulty in roof support and high cost,which is prone to roof collapse and coal wall wall wall falling accidents,which is not conducive to the rapid installation of the later working face.Therefore,through technical research,Changchun Xing coal mine,It is decided to reasonably optimize the roadway cutting construction of 307 working face,and adopt the brush installation integration and anchor free support technology.From the practical application effect,the simultaneous construction of wall expansion and support installation is realized after using this technology,the roadway cutting construction and support installation time are shortened by 13 days,and remarkable application results are achieved.
