综采工作面漏风通道及漏风率测定技术

摘要 由于泰山隆安煤矿11_(下)301综采工作面上覆有小煤窑采空区,受工作面采动影响,采空区与小煤矿采空区及地表裂隙之间相互贯通形成漏风通道,影响工作面通风安全。因此,需测定工作面漏风通道及漏风率,为优化工作面通风系统提供依据,通过采用标识并追踪SF6气体的技术手段,测定工作面的漏风量是109 m~3/min,漏风率是7.78%。根据漏风通道及漏风规律,制定了相应防范措施,为提高工作面通风安全提供理论支持。 Due to the existence of small coal mine goaf around 11_(下) 301 working face,under the influence of working face mining,the goaf,small coal mine goaf and surface cracks are interconnected to form air leakage channels,affecting the ventilation safety of working face.Therefore,it is necessary to measure the air leakage channel and air leakage rate of the working face to provide a basis for optimizing the ventilation system of the working face.Through the technical means of identifying and tracking SF6 gas,the leakage air volume of the working face is determined to be 109m^(3)/min and the air leakage rate is 7.78%,According to the air leakage channel and air leakage law,the corresponding preventive measures are formulated to provide theoretical support for improving the ventilation safety of the working face.
