井冈山精神促进高校师德建设的价值与策略研究

Promotion of the Jinggangshan Spirit on Professional Ethics in Colleges and Universities and its Value and Strategy

高校教师的道德水平直接影响全国大学生的道德水平,从而关系到全民族的整体道德素质。目前高校师德建设效果较好,但在保障机制、教育教学质量、教育资源与教育形式以及社会环境等方面存在不足之处。作为中国共产党和中国人民宝贵精神财富的井冈山精神,能为高校师德建设提供理论武装、思想依据、榜样示范。从教育主体、教育客体、教育介体、教育环体四个角度出发来探索井冈山精神促进高校师德建设的策略,能够推动高校师德建设的专业化发展。

The professional ethics of college teachers directly affects the ethics level of college students nationwide.Therefore,it's related to the moral quality of the whole nation.Nowadays,the professional ethics in colleges and universities is efficiently constructed,but there still exists a certain shortcomings in safeguard mechanism,educational quality,educational resources and form,and social environment,etc.As the valuable spiritual wealth of the Communist Party of China and the Chinese people,the Jinggangshan spirit can provide theoretical strength,ideological basis,and model demonstration to the improvement of professional ethics in colleges and universities.This paper,from the perspectives of educational subject,object,mediator and environment,explores the strategy to use Jinggangshan spirit to promote the professional ethics in colleges and universities and its professional development.
