乳头状脑膜瘤2例并文献复习

Two cases of papillary meningioma and literature review

目的分析乳头状脑膜瘤(PM)的临床、影像、病理特点,以提高临床对PM的认识及其治疗效果。方法收集该院收治的2例PM患者的临床资料、影像及病理检查结果,分析PM患者的临床诊断、鉴别诊断及治疗方法。结果2例患者基于术前影像和术后病理检查最终诊断为PM,接受手术联合辅助放疗后获得较满意的疗效。结论PM是脑膜瘤的罕见类型,恶性程度高、易出现复发和远处转移,诊断较困难,主要依靠病理学检查,通过手术全切联合辅助放疗可获得较满意的疗效。

Objective To analyze the clinical,imaging and pathological characteristics of papillary meningioma(PM)in order to improve the clinical understanding and treatment efficacy of PM.Methods The clinical data,imaging and pathological examination results of two patients with PM admitted and treated in this hospital were collected to analyze the clinical diagnosis,differential diagnosis and treatment methods of PM.Results Two patients were finally diagnosed as PM based on preoperative imaging and postoperative pathological examination,and obtained satisfactory curative effects after receiving surgery combined with adjuvant radiotherapy.Conclusion PM is a rare type of meningioma with a high degree of malignancy,and easily develops recurrence and distant metastasis,which is difficult to diagnose and mainly relies on pathological examination,and total surgical resection combined with adjuvant radiotherapy could obtain more satisfactory efficacy.
