近年来,全球生态环境问题日益凸显,各国都加强了对生态环境问题的治理,取得了明显成效。然而全球生态治理仍然面临着环境治理理念亟需加强、诸多主体利益冲突和全球生态治理法制合法性与权威性不足等困境。面对这些困境,中国提出了培塑全人类共同价值、建立新型国际关系、建立普遍认同的环境治理体制机制和构建人类生态命运共同体的治理新方案,为世界生态环境保护与治理、实现人与自然和谐共生贡献了中国智慧。

In recent years,the global ecological and environmental problems have become increasingly prominent,and all countries have strengthened the governance of ecological and environmental problems and achieved remarkable results.However,global ecological governance still faces the dilemma that the concept of environmental governance needs to be strengthened,the conflicts of interest of many subjects,and the lack of legitimacy and authority of the global ecological governance legal system.In the face of these dilemmas,China has put forward a new governance plan for cultivating the common values of all mankind,establishing a new type of international relations,establishing a universally recognized environmental governance system and mechanism,and building a community with a shared future for human ecology,contributing Chinese wisdom to the protection and governance of the world's ecological environment and the realization of harmonious coexistence between man and nature.
