云式除尘技术对细颗粒物的脱除研究 被引量:1

摘要 旋风除尘器具有工况适应性强、运行成本低的优势,但对细颗粒物的脱除效果不佳。为实现细颗粒物的高效脱除,研发了一种将超声雾化与旋风分离器相结合的新型除尘技术——云式除尘技术,超细雾滴迅速蒸发创造过饱和水汽环境,促使细颗粒物发生非均相凝结、碰撞凝并长大,再由旋风分离器脱除。通过开展实验室试验和某催化剂厂全烟气工况工程应用试验,研究了该技术对细颗粒物的脱除特性。实验室研究结果表明,与传统旋风分离器相比,云式除尘器对总颗粒物及细颗粒物的脱除效率均显著提高;雾化量是脱除效率的主要影响参数,且雾滴的引入可以降低系统压降,起到减少能耗的作用。工程应用试验结果表明,系统对工况有较好的适应性,对于PMio占比高达82.01%的粉尘,在浓度从70mg/m^(3)上升至650mg/m^(3)的过程中,出口粉尘浓度均能保持在20 mg/m^(3)以下,平均脱除效率为96.3%;此外,系统耗水量低,雾化量不超过1OOg/m^(3),收集到的含尘浆液还可回用于生产,不会造成二次污染。上述研究结果证实,云式除尘技术是一种新型有效的烟气污染物控制技术。 Cyclone dust collector has the advantages of strong adaptability and low investment,but the removal effect of fine particles is poor.In order to realize the efficient removal of fine particles,a new dust removal technology,Cloud-Air-Purifying(CAP),which combines ultrasonic atomization with cyclone separator is developed.The rapid evaporation of ultrafine droplets create a supersaturated water vapor environment,which lead to heterogeneous condensation and collision agglomeration of fine particles.The enlarged particles are then removed by a cyclone separator.In this study,the removal characteristics of fine particles by CAP tech no logy were studied by laboratory test and engineering application test in a catalyst plant.Laboratory research results indicated that compared with traditional cyclone separator,the removal efficiency of total particles and fine particles by CAP were significantly improved.Atomization amount is the main in flue ncing parameter of removal efficiency.Meanwhile,the droplets in flue gas can reduce the pressure drop of the system,hence the energy consumption.The engineering application results showed that the CAP tech no logy had good adaptability to working conditi ons.For particles with PM_(10) acco un ting for 82.01%,when the particle concentration in original flue gas increased from 70 mg/m^(3)to 650 mg/m^(3),the particles concentration after CAP system could be kept below 20 mg/m^(3),and the average removal efficiency was 96.3%.Moreover,the water consumption of the CAP system was less than 100 g/m^(3).The collected slurry can be reused for production without causing secondary pollution.This study proves that CAP technology as a novel and effective method for controlling air pollution.
