归国科研人员的合作模式演变规律及其原因研究

摘要 近年来,中国政府出台了一系列政策吸引大批科研人员归国任职。这些拥有“跨国资本”的研究人员如何平衡国际合作和本土合作是一个值得探讨的问题。本研究以2007—2016年归国的科研人员为研究对象,分析科研人员流动到中国的国际合作与本土合作随时间变化的趋势,探究科研合作模式演变的原因。本研究主要有三个发现:(1)科研人员流动到中国后,在维持国际合作的同时,大幅增加本土合作;(2)晚归国的科研人员比早归国的科研人员更倾向国际合作;(3)科研人员流动到中国后能够快速成长为团队负责人。 In recent years, the Chinese government has introduced a series of policies to attract more and more scientists to return to China. It is worth discussing how to balance international and local collaboration among returned researchers. This study takes the scientists who returned to China from 2007 to 2016 as an example and analyzes the trend of international cooperation and local collaboration after the flow of scientists to China over time. Further, we explore the reasons for the evolution of the scientific research collaboration patterns. This study provides three findings. First, when researchers move to China, they significantly increase local collaboration while maintaining international cooperation. Second, researchers who returned later prefer international collaboration more than those who returned earlier. Last but not least, researchers who moved to China quickly became principal investigators(PI).
