摘要 以端环氧聚醚硅油(自制)和聚醚胺D-230为原料,2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵为改性剂,用无溶剂方法制备了一种季铵化聚醚氨基嵌段共聚硅油;经乳化剂AEO-3乳化后制得硅油乳液,并应用于羊绒织物。优化的制备工艺为:2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵与聚醚氨基嵌段共聚硅油中聚醚胺D-230物质的量之比为2∶1,反应温度80℃,反应时间4 h,转化率为92.8%。整理后的羊绒织物手感提高,白度基本不变,且抗静电、抗起毛起球和耐水洗性能良好。 A kind of quaternized polyether amino block copolymer silicone oil is prepared with epoxy terminated polyether silicone oil(self-made)and polyether amine D-230 as raw materials and 2,3-epoxypropyltrimethyl⁃ammonium chloride as modifier by solvent-free method,and silicone oil emulsion is prepared by emulsifying with AEO-3 and is applied to cashmere fabric.The optimized preparation process is the molar ratio of 2,3-ep⁃oxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride to D-230 in polyether amino block copolymer silicone oil of 2∶1,the re⁃action temperature of 80℃,the reaction time of 4 h,and the conversion is 92.8%.The handle of the cashmere fabric after finishing is improved,the whiteness is basically unchanged,and the antistatic,anti pilling and wash⁃ing durability are good.
