摘要
棉织物经纳米TiO_(2)整理后,将疏水性有机硅季铵盐抗菌剂以单面不连续印花方式施加到织物上,制备单向导湿多功能棉织物,并对其抗紫外线、抗菌、单向导湿性能进行考察。结果表明:多功能棉织物的UPF值为273.99,具有优异的防紫外线性能;单向传递指数达到500.9094,属于5级单向导湿织物;整理织物对大肠埃希菌和金黄葡萄球菌的抑菌率都达到99.99%,并具备较好的耐洗性。整理后棉织物的透湿量未见明显变化,透气性略有下降。
After cotton fabric is finished with nano TiO_(2),hydrophobic silicone quaternary ammonium salt is ap⁃plied to the fabric by discontinuous printing on one side to prepare unidirectional moisture conductive multifunctional cotton fabric,and its UV resistant,antibacterial and unidirectional moisture conductivity are investigat⁃ed.The results show that the UPF value of multi-functional cotton fabric is 273.99,which has excellent UV re⁃sistant.The unidirectional water-transport index reaches 500.9094,belonging to Grade 5 unidirectional mois⁃ture conductive fabric.The antibacterial rates of the finished fabric against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus reach 99.99%,and it has good washability.The moisture permeability of the finished cotton fabric does not change significantly,and the air permeability decreases slightly.
