氟硅改性水性聚氨酯的合成及性能 被引量:4

摘要 以聚丙二醇2000(PPG2000)、2,2-双(羟甲基)丙酸(DMPA)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)和端羟基含氟聚硅氧烷(PDSF)为主要原料合成氟硅改性水性聚氨酯。通过乳液稳定性、黏度、表面张力、红外分析、力学性能、接触角、热重等性能的测试和表征,研究PDSF用量对水性聚氨酯性能的影响,并将氟硅改性水性聚氨酯应用于棉织物的疏水整理。结果表明:随着PDSF含量增加,乳液的表面张力降低,黏度增大;胶膜的接触角和断裂伸长率先增大后减小,拉伸强度先减小后增大,热稳定性提高。改性水性聚氨酯用于棉织物整理时,随着PDSF用量的增加,织物疏水性提高。 Fluorosilicone modified waterborne polyurethane is synthesized with polypropylene glycol 2000(PPG2000),dimethylol propionic acid(DMPA),isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI)andα,ω-dihydroxyl polymethyl tri⁃fluoro propylsiloxane(PDSF)as main raw materials.The effect of the amount of PDSF on the properties of wa⁃terborne polyurethane is studied by testing and characterizing the emulsion stability,viscosity,surface tension,infrared analysis,mechanical properties,contact angle,thermogravimetry and other properties,and the fluoro⁃silicon modified waterborne polyurethane is applied to the hydrophobic finishing of cotton fabrics.The results show that with the increase of PDSF content,the surface tension of the emulsion decreases and the viscosity increases.The contact angle and elongation at break of the film first increase and then decrease,the tensile strength first decrease and then increase,and the thermal stability is improved.When the modified waterborne polyurethane is used for cotton fabric,the hydrophobicity of the fabric increases with the increase of PDSF content.
