从鼻咽癌眼面转移验案探讨中医论治癌性疮疡的特色

Discussion on the Characteristics of TCM Treatment in Cancerous Carbuncles and Ulcers through a Successful Case of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma with Ocular and Facial Metastasis

《卫济宝书》《仁斋直指方论》《外科正宗》等中医古籍均明确指出“癌”为痈疽之属,归为疮疡范畴,其病因病机、病证演变、遣方用药与一般疮疡具相似互通性。自古以来,疡科都是传统中医学的重要组成部分,历经千年发展已形成独特且成熟的理论体系,这对癌性疮疡的治疗具有重要指导意义。本文通过报道国医大师周岱翰教授运用中医疡科思想治疗鼻咽癌眼面转移的验案,探讨癌性疮疡的中医治疗特色。

In the ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),such as Wei Ji Bao Shu(Valuable Book for Medical and Health Service),Ren Zhai Zhi Zhi Fang Lun(Straightaway Prescription Theory of Renzhai)and Wai Ke Zheng Zong(Orthodax Manual of External Diseases),cancer is classified into the category of carbuncles and ulcers.The etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome evolution,prescriptions and medication of cancer are similar to those of carbuncle and ulcers.For experiencing more than one thousands of years,the specialty of carbuncle and ulcers,which is one of the important specialties of TCM,has developed into its unique and mature theoretical system and has an important guiding significance for the treatment of cancerous carbuncles and ulcers.This paper reported a successful case of nasopharyngeal carcinoma with ocular and facial metastasis treated by Chinese medicine master ZHOU Dai-han based on the theory of TCM specialty of carbuncle and ulcers,and discussed the characteristics of TCM treatment in cancerous carbuncles and ulcers.
