中西医结合治疗中晚期原发性肝癌术后复发转移长期生存1例

Long-term Survival of Patients with Postoperative Recurrence and Metastasis of Medium-term and Advanced Primary Liver Cancer Treated with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine:A Case Report

原发性肝癌为我国常见恶性肿瘤之一,严重影响人民的生命与健康。中医药治疗原发性肝癌有其独特的优势,本文介绍林丽珠教授中西医结合治疗1例中晚期原发性肝癌术后复发转移。患者为老年男性,主因“反复上腹部胀痛不适2年余”就诊,于2003年4月发现肝脏肿瘤并行手术切除,病理为高分化肝细胞癌,术后口服替加氟及左旋咪唑治疗半年后肝癌复发,遂行肝动脉化疗栓塞术及中医药治疗,中医治疗以疏肝化瘀、清肝解毒为原则,患者无进展生存期为72个月;而后虽有复发转移,但在中西医结合治疗下,患者病情较为稳定,生活质量良好。截至2022年3月,患者总生存期达19年余。本文并分析介绍林丽珠教授中医辨治原发性肝癌的思路及临床经验,以飨同道。

Primary liver cancer is one of the common malignant tumors in China,which seriously affects people’s life and health.Traditional Chinese medicine has its unique advantages in the treatment of primary liver cancer.This article introduced the experience of Professor LIN Li-zhu in treating a case of postoperative recurrence and metastasis of medium-term and advanced primary liver cancer with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.The patient was an elderly male who visited the doctor by the chief complication of“repeated upper abdominal pain and discomfort for more than 2 years”In April of 2003,the patient was diagnosed as liver tumor and then underwent surgical resection.The case was confirmed as the well-differentiated hepatocellular carcinoma.After surgery,the patient received oral use of tegafur and levamisole.Half a year later,liver cancer recurred,and then the patient took hepatic arterial chemoembolization and received Chinese medicine treatment following the therapeutic principle of soothing liver and removing blood stasis,clearing liver and detoxification.The patient experienced the progression-free survival period of 72 months.And then the patient suffered recurrence and metastasis,but the illness was controlled and the quality of life was good by the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy.Till March 2022,the overall survival period of the patient was more than 19 years.
