高校图书馆服务工作的创新探索

Innovation and exploration of university library service work

随着移动互联网和现代信息技术的不断更新迭代,高校图书馆的传统服务工作已落后于时代发展,无法满足师生的个性化需求。分析了当前高校图书馆服务工作存在的问题及其原因,提出高校图书馆服务工作要紧跟时代步伐,改变以往传统的服务工作模式,在服务观念、服务内容、服务方式等方面进行创新探索。

With the continuous update and iteration of mobile internet and modern information technology,the traditional service work of university libraries has lagged behind the rapid development of the society and cannot meet the personalized needs of teachers and students.This paper analyzes the problems and reasons of the service of university library,puts forward the innovation of changing the traditional service mode,and explores the service concept,service content and service mode.
