摘要
人才是企业中最具活力与主观能动性的影响因素,人力资源管理的质量与水平直接影响企业的整体运作效率。随着大数据技术在各个领域的广泛应用,其对人力资源管理领域也产生了较大影响,表现在企业人才结构优化、人力资源整合改革等方面,企业人力资源管理的效用性及科学性均有较大提高。但同时,大数据技术在企业人力资源管理中的运用暴露出成本限制、信息安全、数据应用、人才培养等诸多问题。因此,企业需遵循适当性原则,科学合理地使用数据,提升数据信息安全防护能力,培养综合型人才,以提升人力资源管理水平。
Talent is the most dynamic and subjective influencing factor in an enterprise,and the quality and level of human resource management directly affect the overall operation efficiency of an enterprise.With the wide application of big data technology in various fields,it has also had a great impact on the field of human resource management,which is reflected in the optimization of enterprise talent structure and the reform of human resource integration.The effectiveness and scientificity of enterprise human resource management have been greatly improved.However,at the same time,the application of big data technology in enterprise human resource management exposes many problems such as cost constraints,information security,data application,and personnel training.Therefore,enterprises need to follow the principle of appropriateness,use data scientifically and reasonably,improve data and information security protection capabilities,and cultivate comprehensive talents to improve human resource management.
