产业升级背景下皮具艺术设计专业内涵优化及课程体系的重构

Connotation Optimization and Curriculum System Reconstruction of Leather Art Design Specialty Under the Background of Industrial Upgrading

国家职业教育“体质培优”“职教本科”建设背景下,如何应对产业升级进行科学优化专业内涵及创新构建专业课程体系是高职专业建设迫切需要解决的难题。文章以国家“双高”院校广州番禺职业技术学院的皮具艺术设计专业为例,在全面调研粤港澳大湾区皮具产业及企业人才需求和分析现有皮具设计类专业人才培养现状的基础上,以岗位群典型工作任务为课程设置与教学内容的参照点,以工作情境为载体组织专业课程内容,按照工作过程和环节实施“学生为中心”的项目化教学,注重培养学生的创新能力,从而构建科学合理的专业课程体系及实施方案,提升皮具艺术设计专业的建设水平和人才培养质量。

Under the background of the construction of national vocational education "excellent physique" and "vocational education undergraduate", how to scientifically optimize the professional connotation and innovate the professional curriculum system in response to industrial upgrading is an urgent problem to be solved in the professional construction of higher vocational education. This paper takes the leather art design specialty of Guangzhou Panyu vocational and technical college, a national "double high" college, as an example. Based on the comprehensive investigation of the demand for talents of the leather industry and enterprises in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Bay area and the analysis of the current situation of the training of leather design professionals, it is proposed to carry out "student-centered" project-based teaching according to the work process and links, and pay attention to cultivating students’ innovative ability, so as to build a scientific and reasonable professional curriculum system and implementation plan, and promote the construction level and talent training quality of leather art design specialty.
