连铸线扇形段用剖分圆柱轴承及轴承座的免维护方案改进

摘要 结合连铸机扇形段的工况条件及扇形段专用剖分圆柱轴承及轴承座的结构,针对轴承在加工、安装及使用上出现的问题,对轴承、轴承座及轧辊之间的密封结构,内圈剖分及紧固方式等进行了改进,从而达到扇形段轴承免维护,使用寿命长的目的。 Combining the working conditions of the continuous casting machine sector and the structure of the sector-specific split cylindrical bearing and the bearing seat,in view of the problems in the processing,installation and use of the bearing,it improved the sealing structure between the bearing,the bearing seat and the roll,the splitting of the inner ring and the fastening method,etc,so as to achieve the purpose of maintenance-free and long service life of sector bearings.
