摘要
对CBN磨料与普通磨料的特性以及CBN油石和普通油石的特性进行了对比分析,阐述了CBN磨料和油石的超硬特性优势;对CBN油石超精机理进行了深入分析,探索了CBN油石超精工艺全过程优化路径。
The characteristics of CBN oilstone abrasive and common abrasive as well as the characteristics of CBN oilstone and common oilstone are compared and analyzed,the advantages of CBN abrasive and oilstone in super-hard characteristics are expounded.The superfinishing mechanism of CBN oilstone is deeply analyzed,the optimization path of the whole process of CBN oilstone superfinishing process is explored.
