Application of Equipment Management Briefing in Enterprises

设备管理工作是制造企业赖以生存和可持续发展的重要管理项目,如何提升设备管理工作的效率和质量对于企业尤为重要。唯有采用科学的设备管理方法,实现设备管理规范化、标准化、制度化等等,才能保证设备连续、可靠、经济运行,从而提高设备综合经济效益,更好地满足工艺、生产及客户要求。本文就瓦轴如何运用“设备管理简报”来提升设备管理工作进行了阐益述,该项管理方式开展以来,已获得不少成果,人员也得到很大的锻炼。

The survival and sustainable development of manufacturing enterprises is closely related to equipment management.How to improve the efficiency and quality of equipment management is particularly important for enterprises.Only by adopting scientific equipment management methods and implementing supervision process in standardization,normalization and institutionalization,can the continuous,reliable and economic operation of equipment be ensured,so as to improve the comprehensive economic efficiency of equipment and better meet the requirements of process,production and customers.This paper expounds how to use"equipment management briefing"to improve the level of equipment management.Since the implementation of this management method,many achievements have been obtained and the personnel have been greatly trained.
