韧性城市理念下公园绿地防灾避险功能定量评价研究——以北京万寿公园为例 被引量:2

摘要 韧性城市理念对于城市公园绿地的防灾避险功能提出更深层次的要求。以北京万寿公园绿地为例,运用德尔菲法将前期构建的评价体系量化,分析其防灾避险功能。研究表明:万寿公园防灾避险功能处于较好状态。其中总体环境较好,自然环境稳定但城区建筑密度大;空间布局较好,路网基本满足使用需求;结构布局一般,人均防灾避险面积较小;应急设施较好,基本满足应急避险需求;应急能力较好,组织结构清晰明确。研究结果为高密度城区公园绿地防灾避险功能提升及优化提供科学依据。 The concept of resilient cities is put forward from the deeper requirements for the disaster prevention function of urban park green space. Taking Wanshou Park green space as an example,In this paper Delphi method is used to quantitatively analyze its disaster prevention and hedge function of the evaluation system constructed in the early stage. The research shows that the disaster prevention and avoidance function of Wanshou Park is in a good state. Among them,the overall environment is good,the natural environment is stable,but the urban building density is high. The space layout is good and the road network basically meets the use requirements. The structure is general and the per capita disaster prevention and avoidance area is small. The emergency facilities are better,basically meeting the emergency hedging needs. Good emergency response capability is good and the organizational structure is clear and definite. The results show that a scientific basis is provided for the promotion and optimization of disaster prevention and avoidance functions of parks and green spaces in high-density urban areas.
