摘要
Nova Chip超薄磨耗层技术是道路预防性养护的一种新技术,其采用专用改性沥青作为结合料,能够有效减小磨耗层厚度。为了研究Nova Chip超薄磨耗层材料及结构组成,文章通过对超薄磨耗层混合料的原材料进行技术指标分析,得出超薄磨耗层混合料矿料选取类型,并根据超薄磨耗层混合料推荐级配范围进行级配设计,按照磨耗层厚度大小,确定3种超薄磨耗层混合料级配组合。同时,从力学性能和功能性能方面,明确Nova Chip超薄磨耗层的性能指标。最后分析了Nova Chip超薄磨耗层技术在道路养护工程中的应用特点,得出Nova Chip超薄磨耗层养护技术的适用范围。
Nova Chip ultra-thin wear layer technology is a new technology for road preventive maintenance. It uses special modified asphalt as the binder, which can effectively reduce the thickness of the wear layer. In order to study the material and structural composition of Nova Chip ultra-thin wear layer, this paper analyzes the technical indicators of the raw materials of the ultra-thin wear layer mixture, and obtains the mineral selection type for ultra-thin wear layer mixture. According to the recommended gradation range of the ultra-thin wear layer mixture, the gradation design is carried out. Three kinds of gradation combinations of the ultra-thin wear layer mixture are determined according to the thickness of the wear layer. At the same time, the performance indicators of Nova Chip ultra-thin wear layer are clarified in terms of mechanical properties and functional properties. Finally, the application characteristics of Nova Chip ultra-thin wear layer technology in road maintenance engineering are analyzed, and the applicable scope of Nova Chip ultra-thin wear layer maintenance technology is obtained.
