现代建筑行业的发展过程中,传统的信息技术已经不能满足其要求,而BIM技术的出现提供了技术支持,让建筑行业迎来了信息化升级,通过构建建筑工程的生命周期模型,可以提高建筑工程的建造效率,促进建筑行业朝节能环保的方向发展。文章从BIM技术的内涵、特点和作用出发,围绕房建工程造价管理,探讨BIM技术在决策阶段、招投标阶段、设计阶段、施工阶段、完工阶段等方面的应用,可以为相关工作的开展提供参考。

In the development process of modern construction industry, traditional information technology can no longer meet its requirements, and the emergence of BIM technology provides technical support, making the construction industry usher in the informationization upgrade. By constructing the life cycle model of the construction project, the construction efficiency of the construction project can be improved and the development of the construction industry can be promoted in the direction of energy saving and environmental protection.
