高校图书馆面向大学生开展返乡创业服务的策略研究

Research on the Strategy of University Libraries to Carry Out Returning Home Entrepreneurship Services for College Students

面对当前严峻复杂的就业形势,结合我国乡村振兴战略的实施计划,有效帮助高校毕业生从“能就业”到“就好业”,是当前“大众创业,万众创新”形势发展需要,也是高校图书馆服务创新和可持续发展的必然趋势。文章立足于图书馆的文化品牌,从知识服务体系、部门协同、精细化服务、多元化空间、企业互助等方面提出建议,助力大学生返乡创业和乡村振兴。

In the face of the current severe and complex employment situation, combined with the implementation plan of China’s rural revitalization strategies, effectively helping college graduates from "employable" to "good job" is the development needs of the current "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" situation, and is also the inevitable trend of service innovation and sustainable development of university libraries. Based on the cultural brand of the library,this paper puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of knowledge service system, department coordination, refined service, diversified space and enterprise mutual assistance,etc., so as to help college students return to their hometowns for entrepreneurship and help rural revitalization.
