摘要
山地建筑项目因地形复杂、工程实施难度较大,一般不受开发商和设计师的喜爱;但同时由于山地项目地形特殊,山地建筑往往拥有更好的视野和更好的景观,设计特色更加鲜明。普宁保利和府项目原始地形南北高差近40 m,如何布局功能分区,解决交通组织问题,规划停车,结合山地地形设计单体减少填挖方,使生态保护最大化等,成为一个个亟待解决的问题。文章以普宁保利和府项目为例,通过分析山地剖析、山地规划、山地建筑、山地景观四个方面的设计特色,探讨山地项目在设计形式上的演变创新。
Mountain building projects are generally not favored by developers and designers due to the complex terrain and difficulty in project implementation.But at the same time,mountain buildings often have better vision and better landscape,and the design features are more distinctive.The original terrain of Puning Poly Hefu Project has a height difference of nearly 40 m between the north and the south.How to layout functional divisions,solve the problem of traffic organization,plan parking,reduce filling and excavation combined with mountain terrain to design unit,and maximize ecological protection has become an urgent problem to be solved.Taking Puning Poly Hefu project as an example,this paper discusses the evolution and innovation of mountain projects in design form by analyzing the design features of mountain analysis,mountain planning,mountain architecture and mountain landscape.
