装配式建筑的设计与评价——以广东省大都会项目为例

Design and Evaluation of Prefabricated Buildings——Taking Guangdong Metropolis Project as an Example

文章以广东省大都会项目为例,首先简要说明了装配式建筑的定义和特点,然后阐述了此类建筑的设计原则、设计流程与设计评价等要点,并基于评价标准,围绕该项目的主体结构、预制构件等,对装配式建筑的设计与评价内容进行具体说明。通过做好外挂墙板设计、优化预制构件拼接设计,采取保温、隔热与装饰一体化方案,可以使项目设计符合规范。文章的研究具有重要意义,能给相关人员带来启发,为日后类似项目的有序推进提供理论依据。

Taking the metropolis project in Guangdong Province as an example, this paper first briefly explains the definition and characteristics of prefabricated buildings, and then expounds the design principles, design processes and design evaluation of such buildings. Based on the evaluation standards, the design and evaluation contents of prefabricated buildings are specifically explained around the main structure and prefabricated components of the project. By doing a good job in the design of external wallboard, optimizing the splicing design of prefabricated components, and adopting the integration scheme of heat preservation, heat insulation and decoration, the project design can be made in line with the specifications. The research of this paper is of great significance, which can bring inspiration to relevant personnel and provide theoretical basis for the orderly advancement of similar projects in the future.
