深远海复杂地质海况条件下风机安装工艺研究

摘要 文章以广东省粤东某海上风电场项目的风机安装工作为例,考虑到此项目的深远海复杂地质海况条件,强调该施工条件下的风机安装工艺要重视安装工艺的针对性与适用性,包括船舶就位、起重船就位运输驳、起吊安装塔筒。成功规避了此项目复杂海况、软弱土层较厚的影响,还成功克服了复杂潮流与海浪对风机吊装船的影响,为类似复杂地质海况项目的风机安装提供参考。 Taking the wind turbine installation work of an offshore wind farm project in eastern Guangdong Province as an example, considering the complex geological and sea conditions in deep sea of the project, this paper emphasizes that the installation process of the wind turbine under this construction conditions should pay attention to the pertinence and applicability of the installation process, including the ship in place, the crane ship in place to transport barge,and the lifting and installation of the tower. The project successfully avoids the influence of complex sea conditions and thick soft soil layer, and successfully overcomes the influence of complex tidal currents and waves on the wind turbine hoisting ship, which provides references for wind turbine installation in projects with similar complex geological and sea conditions.
