Key Construction Technology of Mobile Steel Platform for Roof Triangular Outer Eaves Aluminum Panel Curtain Wall

文章以台州市某公共建筑群工程的屋顶三角外挑檐铝板幕墙工程施工为例,自主设计制作可移动式钢平台,并详细阐述了制作与安装过程。该移动钢平台取材方便、构造简单、操作便捷、适用性强、安全性高。现场实践证明,采用该移动钢平台施工既节约了施工成本,缩短了施工工期,又保证了施工安全,值得推广应用。

Taking the construction of roof triangular outer eaves aluminum panel curtain wall of a public building project in Taizhou as an example, this paper independently designs and makes a mobile steel platform, and expounds its production and installation process in detail. The mobile steel platform has the advantages of convenient materials,simple structure, convenient operation, strong applicability and high safety. The field practice has proved that the mobile steel platform construction not only saves the construction cost, shortens the construction period, but also ensures the construction safety, which is worthy of popularization and application.
