中交国际中心机电采购模式及造价管理研究

Research on Mechanical and Electrical Procurement Mode and Cost Management of CCCC International Center

机电造价管理是指将投标、设计、发包及实施阶段的造价控制在批准的范围内,及时纠正偏差,以保证项目管理目标实现。文章以中交国际中心项目为例,就机电采购模式及造价管理展开研究,力求通过合理地使用人力、物力和财力,实现中交国际中心项目的经济效益与社会效益。

Mechanical and electrical cost management refers to controlling the cost of the bidding, design, contracting and implementation phase within the scope of approval, timely correcting deviation, and ensuring the realization of project management objectives. Taking the project of CCCC International Center as an example, this paper studies the mechanical and electrical procurement mode and cost management, and strives to reflect the economic and social benefits of CCCC International Center project through rational use of human, material and financial resources.
