地铁人防项目安装施工总承包管理

General Contracting Management of Installation and Construction of Subway Civil Air Defense Project

目前,各个城市都在推动地铁建设,而地铁人防设计安装技术也逐渐得到发展,结合地铁项目特有的施工特点,对地铁人防设备总承包现场管理现状、系统设计现状、设备生产制作加工情况、现场安装过程中的施工难度及地铁安装施工环境进行分析,发现存在很多的施工问题。为此,有必要对地铁人防工程总承包管理模式进行有效的整改,从而提高安装施工质量。基于此,文章首先探讨了总承包管理模式下地铁人防设备安装的重点,随后提出了地铁人防设备安装的难点,最后着重分析了总承包管理模式下地铁人防项目的管理模式,供相关工作人员参考。

At present, various cities are promoting subway construction, and subway civil air defense design and installation technology has gradually developed. Combined with the unique construction characteristics of subway projects,this paper analyzes the current situation of subway civil air defense equipment general contracting site management,system design, equipment production and processing, construction difficulty in site installation process and subway installation construction environment, and finds that there are many construction problems. Therefore, it is necessary to effectively rectify the general contracting management mode of the subway civil air defense project, so as to improve its installation and construction quality. Based on this, this paper first discusses the key points of the subway civil air defense equipment installation under the general contracting management mode, and then puts forward the difficulties in the installation of subway civil air defense equipment. Finally, it focuses on the analysis of the management mode of subway civil air defense projects under the general contracting management mode for the reference of relevant staff.
