超高层建筑消防设计研究——以横琴口岸及综合交通枢纽开发工程D2区主体建筑为例

Research on Fire Protection Design of Super High-rise Buildings——A Case Study of the Main Building in Zone D2 of Hengqin Port and Integrated Transportation Hub Development Project

消防设计是建筑设计过程中需要考虑的基本要点,也是重难点。文章以横琴口岸及综合交通枢纽开发工程D2区主体建筑项目为例,从总平面规划、防火分区、疏散距离和疏散宽度、核心筒、避难层、直升机停机坪、防排烟、防火构造八个角度进行消防设计分析研究,以期为超高层建筑安全疏散设计提供新的视角,为超高层建筑的消防安全提供保障。

Fire protection design is the basic but difficult point that needs to be considered in the process of architectural design. This paper takes the main building project in Zone D2 of Hengqin Port and integrated transportation hub development project as an example, and conducts fire protection design analysis and research from eight aspects,including general plane planning, fire compartment, evacuation distance and width, core tube, refuge layer, helipad,smoke control and fire prevention structure, so as to provide a new perspective for the safety evacuation design of super high-rise buildings and guarantee the fire safety of super high-rise buildings.
