超大跨度四连拱市政公路隧道施工组织研究——以长沙观音岩隧道为例

摘要 长沙观音岩隧道为双向十车道四连拱隧道,开挖宽度约64 m,属超大跨度四连拱市政隧道,其结构型式和跨度国内外罕见。该隧道主要穿越强、中风化板岩,主体工程包括3个中导洞、2条主线隧道、2条辅线隧道开挖及支护,建设工程规模大,施工工序繁多,施工组织难度大。为此,文章以观音岩隧道为例,就超大跨度四连拱市政公路隧道施工组织展开研究,分析其施工重难点,介绍其关键施工工序,可为今后类似大跨多连拱市政隧道的建设提供参考。 Guanyinyan Tunnel in Changsha is a two-way tenlane four-arch tunnel with excavation width of about 64 m.It is a super-large-span four-arch municipal tunnel whose structural type and span are rare at home and abroad. The tunnel mainly passes through strong and moderately weathered slate. The main project includes the excavation and support of 3 middle pilot tunnels, 2 main line tunnels and 2 auxiliary line tunnels. The construction project is large in scale, the construction procedures are numerous, and the construction organization is difficult. In this regard, taking Guanyinyan Tunnel as an example, this paper studies the construction organization of super-large-span four-arch municipal highway tunnel, analyzes its construction difficulties and introduces its key construction procedures, which can provide references for the construction of similar largespan multi-arch municipal tunnels in the future.
