某拱桥斜拉扣挂施工扣塔结构力学分析

摘要 斜拉扣挂系统在大跨度拱桥施工中得到了广泛的应用。文章依托某高速公路大跨度钢箱拱桥项目,利用Midas/Civil对扣塔进行了分析。计算结果表明,施工过程中扣塔整体所受的应力区间为[-275.03 MPa,168.73 MPa],因此扣塔在斜拉扣挂法施工的过程中强度满足要求,扣塔偏位最大值为49.48 mm,合龙前最不利状态时的结构稳定安全系数均大于4,扣塔的强度、刚度、稳定性满足设计使用要求。通过计算分析,确保了扣件塔结构在斜拉扣件施工过程中的安全可靠。分析数据和结论对类似工程具有一定的参考价值。 The cable-stayed buckle system is widely used in large-span arch bridge construction. Based on a highway large-span steel box arch bridge project, this paper makes an analysis of the buckle tower by Midas/Civil. The calculation results show that the overall stress range of the buckle tower in the construction process is [-275.03 MPa,168.73 MPa ]. Therefore, the strength of the buckle tower in the construction with the cable-stayed buckling method meets the requirements. The maximum value of the buckle tower deviation is 49.48 mm. The safety coefficient of structural stability in the most unfavorable state before closure is greater than 4. The strength, stiffness and stability of the buckle tower meet the design and use requirements. Through calculation and analysis, the safety and reliability of the buckle tower structure in the cable-stayed buckling construction process are ensured. The analysis data and conclusions have certain reference value for similar projects.
