摘要
钢筋混凝土结构是住宅建筑工程中非常重要的基础结构,钢筋混凝土结构的稳定性和施工质量对建筑物的安全性影响极大。提高钢筋混凝土结构施工水平和加强施工质量控制将直接提高住宅建筑工程整体施工质量。为此,文章结合实际案例,首先简单介绍了钢筋混凝土结构的优势和施工要求,然后综合分析了住宅建筑中钢筋混凝土结构施工技术要点,以供参考。
Reinforced concrete structure is a very important foundation structure in residential construction projects.The stability and construction quality of reinforced concrete structure have great influence on the safety of buildings.Improving the construction level of reinforced concrete structure and strengthening the construction quality control will directly improve the overall construction quality of residential construction projects. For this reason, combined with actual cases, this paper first briefly introduces the advantages and construction requirements of reinforced concrete structure, and then comprehensively analyzes the key points of reinforced concrete structure construction technology in residential buildings for reference.
