摘要
混凝土裂缝有很多种,有调查显示,目前已建工程中出现的裂缝有95%左右是温差及收缩裂缝、沉降裂缝等非荷载裂缝,结构裂缝仅占5%。应用无缝施工技术,能防治混凝土结构裂缝,提高结构安全性。基于此,文章以南京欣旺达16 GWh动力电池项目710 m长的10万级洁净厂房为例,针对超长混凝土结构无缝施工技术展开相关研究,首先分析了超长结构混凝土(710 m)裂缝产生的原因,然后阐述了超长结构混凝土(710 m)无缝施工的特点与难点,最后详细论述了案例项目超长结构混凝土(710 m)无缝施工技术的具体应用。
There are many kinds of concrete cracks. The investigation shows that about 95% of the cracks in the existing projects are non load cracks such as temperature difference, shrinkage cracks and settlement cracks, and the structural cracks only account for 5%. The application of seamless construction technology can prevent concrete structure cracks and improve structural safety. Based on this, taking the 710 m long class 100 000-class clean workshop of Nanjing Xinwangda 16 GWH power battery project as an example, this paper carries out relevant research on the seamless construction technology of super long concrete structure, first analyzes the causes of cracks in super long concrete structure(710 m), and then expounds the characteristics and difficulties of seamless construction of super long concrete structure(710 m), finally, the concrete application of the seamless construction technology of the super long structural concrete(710 m) in the case project is discussed in detail.
