Research on Engineering General Contracting Cost and Cost Control under EPC Mode

EPC总承包模式的应用给工程项目管理及风险控制带来了极大的便利,由总承包单位负责在项目的整个生命周期对质量、工期、安全、成本进行严格管控,合理安排各部门人员的职责,强化部门之间的沟通与合作,有利于提高施工管理效率,防范风险和事故的来临,减少不必要的经济损失。对此,文章就EPC模式下工程总承包造价与成本控制展开研究,首先探讨了EPC总承包模式下工程造价管理和成本控制的特征和要点,然后对全过程造价成本管控策略加以论述,仅供参考。

The application of EPC general contracting mode has brought great convenience to project management and risk control. The general contracting unit is responsible for strict control of quality, construction period, safety and cost throughout the whole life cycle of the project, rationally arranging responsibilities of personnel in each department,and strengthening communication and cooperation between departments, which is conducive to improving the efficiency of construction management, preventing risks and accidents,and reducing unnecessary economic losses. In this regard,this paper studies the engineering general contracting cost and cost control under EPC mode. Firstly, the characteristics and key points of engineering cost management and cost control under EPC general contracting mode are discussed,and then the whole process cost control strategy is discussed for reference.
