Research on Compilation of Bill of Quantities for General Contracting Projects

在国务院加快推行工程总承包的政策背景下,工程总承包正在逐渐替代传统的施工总承包模式,占据我国工程承发包市场的主流地位。工程量清单作为工程总承包项目承发包活动的基础,是项目投资控制的关键。基于此,文章在总结分析工程总承包工程量清单应用现状的基础上,结合对相关规范标准的解读,从设计项目清单、分部分项工程项目清单两个方面研究工程总承包项目工程量清单编制的改进方式,以为造价管理工作提供参考。

Under the policy background of accelerating the implementation of general contracting by the State Council,general contracting is gradually replacing the traditional general contracting mode of construction and occupying the mainstream position of China’s engineering contracting market. The bill of quantities, as the basis for contracting activities of general contracting projects, is the key to project investment control. Based on this, on the basis of summarizing and analyzing the application status of the general contracting bill of quantities, combined with the interpretation of relevant norms and standards, this paper studies the improvement methods of the compilation of the bill of quantities for general contracting projects from two aspects of design project list and sub-item project list, so as to provide references for cost management work.
